Isagenix Lures Seasoned Business Consultant Out of Retirement to Assume New COO/CFO Position

CHANDLER, Ariz. - Aug. 29, 2005 - Isagenix International has appointed Jim Pierce as its new Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Pierce, who had been retired prior to accepting this new position, has more than 25 years experience as a consultant to distribution and manufacturing companies.
"I came out of retirement-like Isagenix founders John Anderson, Jim and Kathy Coover-because I am excited to be part of the Isagenix vision," said Pierce. "We're now installing the internal systems to prepare for momentum and will implement repeatable and scalable processes that will support our Associates for tremendous growth. I look forward to being part of the Isagenix family. We have a super team and an incredible opportunity."
Prior to joining Isagenix, Jim founded a technology company that focused on middle-market distribution and manufacturing companies. He sold his company in 2000 and has been enjoying time with his wife, Sharon, and three grandchildren.
"I'm glad to have Jim here as new COO and CFO," said Anderson, "because, as you can see, this company is growing fast."
Pierce, a former CPA, has an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He's considered an expert in the areas of financial management and accounting.
