Isagenix Names Chief Corporate Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer
Isagenix names Steven Kochen Chief Corporate Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer.
Chandler, Ariz. – Nov. 20, 2006 – Steven Kochen has been hired as Chief Corporate Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for Isagenix. As such, Kochen will be responsible for making sure Isagenix and its Independent Associates remain fully compliant with all U.S. and foreign laws and regulations.
The company also sought Kochen to assist with plans to expand its operations into other countries.
Kochen, with more than 15 years experience in network marketing, global operations and contract manufacturing, has previously filled roles as president, general manager, international marketing director and corporate counsel.
"Our Associates are the most important asset to our company," said Kochen. "My extensive experience in compliance and understanding of law will keep everyone safe and help ensure Isagenix’s growth continues to remain strong."

Kochen received his B.A. in Political Science at the University of Washington and his Juris Doctorate from Gonzaga Law School. He is currently licensed to practice law in both state and federal court.
